Juma Khalfan Transport Passenger by buses leased provides services to the clients on following criteria on monthly rate basis.

1. With driver and with CICPA Pass for the oilfields.
2. With driver and without CICPA Pass for open area work.
3. Without driver with CICPA Pass for the oilfields.
4. Without driver and without CICPA for open area work.
5. With driver and with fuel and without CICPA Pass for open area.
6. With driver on trip basis for School duty.

With driver and with CICPA Pass for the oilfields.

1. As per this offer daily work shall be 10 hours, weekly 6 days and monthly will be 26 days i.e 260 hours, extra work after 10 hrs and Fridays work will be considered as OT on hourly basis as much used by criteria of Pro Rate Basis.
2. Client shall provide fuel for the vehicle, food & accommodation for the driver and shelter place for day time when required.
3. The vehicle shall be provided with full insurance and drivers safety conscious, polite & obedient along with UAE roads & traffic awareness.
4. Govt announced holidays for private companies shall be considered as OT work with hourly basis as much used by rate criteria mentioned above in term no 01, in case of no use of services by Client that day shall not be deducted.
5. In case of long-term breakdown, an appropriate replacement will be provided within 24 hours of the event.
6. As per this offer the hire period should be 3 months, in case of earlier demobilization, client shall compensate.
7. Services provided and not used or less than 10 Hrs on specific day by client will not be deducted from monthly invoice.
8. In case if the vehicle worked less than 26 days in a specific month such as February then the monthly rate will be valid for that month and shall be charged as full month rate.
9. Salik charges or Pakring charges (If applicable) shall be charged in invoice to client in original amount.
10. Client must issue LOA in favour of Juma Khalfan transport before/after first Mobilization for that particular site.
11. The vehicle will be available in its basic condition as passed by traffic Authority, in case safety devices/tools such as fire arrestor, chalvin value or IVMS etc,. required by the client/Site, then the monthly rate will increase by mutual consideration.
12. Credit terms for payment will be fixed as 30 days after submission of invoice with client.
13. Client shall be bound to provide the Company Trade License & owner Emirates ID copies after order confirmation & before mobilization of the vehicle as required for inhouse documentation.
14. Client shall be bound to send a minimum 15 days prior notice before off hiring the vehicle from site.

With driver without CICPA Pass for open area work.

Without driver with CICPA Pass for the oilfields.

1. Client’s driver should hold a valid Emirates driving license of the appropriate category of the vehicle.
2. As per the insurance policy, driver should be at least 25 years old & D/L should be issued before 1 year then the event.
3. Client shall be dealt as per Supplier’s insurance policy.
4. In case of long-term break-down an appropriate replacement shall be offered within 24 hours of the event.
5. Monthly Maintenance – Oil change, Washing Etc & Drivers mishap repairs shall be the scope of client.
6. All kinds of violation (over speed fine etc.) will be charged back to Lessee – Without Driver Vehicle.
7. Vehicle we will provide to client shall be returned after demobilization in the same conditions as it delivered by us.
8. Vehicle’s availability will be confirmed after getting confirmation from our suppliers/sister companies.
9. As mentioned in the Clause 8, once availability is confirmed, then service shall be provided within 2 – 3 working days upon LPO issuance by client.
10. This quoted rate is valid only for 10 days from the date of Quotation sent.
11. Salik charges or Pakring charges (If applicable) shall be charged in invoice to client in original amount. The Vehicle shall be available in Genuine Condition as passed by passing Authority, if some safety Devices required for Example Fire Arrestor Chalwyn Valve or IVMS etc then the Monthly Rate shall increase by Mutual Understanding.

With driver and with fuel and without CICPA Pass for open area.

1. As per the above offer the vehicle with driver shall be bound to make 52 trips in a month i.e. 26 R/T.
2. Fuel for the vehicle will be the scope of supplier – Juma Khalfan Transport Passenger by buses leased.
3. Fridays and Govt. Holidays, which shall be considered as over time by Extra Trip Rate [Monthly Rate/52].
4. Vehicle we provide with a policy of comprehensive insurance policy.
5. Trips more than 52 in a month or 02 per day, shall be considered as an overtime @ [Monthly Rate/52=per trip].
6. Drivers we are providing obedient, polite, safety conscious and good behaviour with well knowledge of UAE traffic rules.
7. As per this offer the hire period should be 3 months, in case earlier demob client shall compensate.
8. Vehicle’s availability will be confirmed after getting confirmation from our suppliers/sister companies.
9. As mentioned in the Clause 8, once availability is confirmed, then service shall be provided within 2 – 3 working days upon LPO issuance by client.
10. The above quoted rate is valid only for 10 days from the date of Quotation raised.
11. In case the vehicle used by Client for less than 52 trips in a month by any event happened excluding break down by Juma Khfalfan Transport that shall not be considered as break down in time sheet.
12. Salik charges or Pakring charges (If applicable) shall be charged in invoice to client in orignal amount.
13. In case if the vehicle worked less than 26 days or 52 trips in a specific month (for example February) then Full Monthly Rate will be valid for that month working days and should charge full monthly rate.
14. This rate will be applicable only up to the increase of diesel and Market Rates, if any increase in diesel and Market Rates will come the rate will be changed accordingly by mutual discussion.
15. Credit terms – 30 days PDC cheque within 3 to 7 working days after submission of invoice.

With driver on trip basis for School duty.

1. As per the above offer the vehicle with driver shall bound to make 44 trips in a month [Monthly 22 days].
2. The Fuel shall be provided by Juma Khfalfan Transport.
3. Fridays, Saturday and Govt. Holidays, which shall be considered as over time by Extra Trip Rate [Monthly Rate/44].
4. The vehicles to be provided are fully insured, including the passengers on board.
5. Trips more than 44 a month or 02 a day, shall be considered as overtime [Monthly Rate/44=per trip].
6. Drivers we have are safety conscious with intense experience of UAE Roads & Traffic laws.
7. As per this offer the hire period should be 3 months, in case earlier demob client shall compensate.
8. The above quoted rate is valid only for 10 days from the date of Quotation sent.
9. In case the vehicle used by Client for less than 44 trips in a month by any event happened excluding break down by Juma Khfalfan Transport that shall not be considered as break down in time sheet.
10. In case if the vehicle worked less than 22 days or 44 trips in a specific month (for example February) then Full Monthly Rate will be valid for that month working days and should charge full monthly rate.
11. This rate will be applicable only up to the increase of diesel and Market Rates, if any increase in diesel and Market Rates will come the rate will be changed accordingly by mutual Agreement.
12. In case, If the services didn’t used by Client on Holiday’s or any specific day- that day shall not be deducted by Client.
13. Credit terms for payment will be fixed as 30 days after submission of invoice with client.
